Booking in 3 steps

Ordering a transfer is as simple as possible

Choose your route and vehicle

Enter your pickup point and destination, then choose the vehicle type according to your preferences.

Fill in the details

Just add the basic information:

  • name, for the driver’s sign
  • flight number, if you are arriving by plane
  • contact details

Thanks to your flight number, we track your arrival in real time.

Confirm your booking

Done in just a few minutes.

Once you submit your booking:

  • you will receive a confirmation e-mail, voucher, within a few minutes
  • you can print the voucher, but it is not required
  • we track your flight and respond to delays as well as earlier arrivals

No cancellation fees – if your plans change, you can cancel your booking without penalty.

AIRPORT PICKUP?

Finding your driver is really easy

After arrival:

  1. You leave the aircraft
  2. You collect your luggage
  3. You pass through passport control

Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall:

  • in formal clothing
  • with a sign showing your name or initials
  • ready to help you with your luggage

OUR DRIVERS

THE COURSE OF THE RIDE

  • journey time: approx. 20–45 minutes, depending on traffic and location
  • outside peak hours, approximately 30 minutes

RETURN JOURNEY

If you are satisfied, you can arrange your return transfer right away. We recommend booking approximately 2 hours before departure. A booking can easily be made online at any time.
